Here's a real treat for you all. VIA today held a press conference to announce the new Mini-ITX 2.0 concept and its alliance with Nvidia. During the conference we were all treated to a demonstration of an a optimized PC, a VIA Nano based Mini-ITX board using a Nvidia graphics card running Crysis. VIA's Mini-ITX form factor is over 6 years old now and was created primarily with the embedded market in mind. This demonstration is an excellent example of where Mini-ITX is heading: Full featured platforms that include PCI Express x16 support for optimized graphics and HD video.

Ummm, they show the intro cut scene...which is fully rendered. They indeed show the 'suit' trailer, which is hardly impressive unless they're showing off some WMP performance. Then some more tree shooting at the end. Can't say they didn't play 'in-game'.

ok, now please give me a price of 100-150$ for the itx motherboard with the cpu inside and i am ready to experiment with this form factor, also the cpu must be removable. but when i looked last week at the itx prices to pay 250$ for a decent mb+cpu is too much sorry VIA i will pass via another solution

no mention of power usage, which is the critical factor here.

While impressive, I've played Crysis on my friend's beefy computer with SLI 8800 GTS'. Even with that, the game will drop to 10 FPS or less with the last boss. Find me a system that runs that with no lag, and then we're talking.

$250 is too much to pay? dude what do you want them to give it to you for free? Some Intel and AMD chips by it self it not that cheap. I think its a good buy. at $250
