World renowned case modder Jeffrey Stephenson has unveiled his latest creation - The G-metric Nano. Staying with the art-deco theming of some of his previous creations, Jeffrey Stephenson has based this latest work of art around the VIA EPIA NX15000 Nano-ITX mainboard. With its VIA C7 1.5GHz CPU, 1GB of DDR2 system memory and slot loading DVD Burner, this creation is a full yet compact PC disguised as a piece of 1930's art. Read on for more eye candy.

Due to be unveiled at CES later today, the G-Metric Nano resembles a 1930s wireless,..sorry, I mean radio. From this shot you see what appears to be a tuning dial. I'm guessing it's actually an on/off switch. The case itself is made of Hard Pennsylvania Cherry veneer with inlays of walnut, mahogany, basswood and cherry veneers.

From this angle you can also see the very discreet slot loading DVD Writer. Oh so sophisticated. So stylish. Dare I say it......debonair?

This is the reverse side. With the exception of the Ethernet port these I/O connectors are attached to the board with pin headers. Thus Jeffrey had a degree of freedom as to where to place them. Also note the minimal ventilation holes to keep the G-Metric Nano cool.

Finally we have the underside. Here we can see how Mr Stephenson has fitted the motherboard heatsink and fan outside the case. This helps preserve space inside the case and of course also assists cooling.
